Desiccant Adsorption Dryer

Compressed Air Filter

Compressed air contains harmful solid, liquid and vaporous contaminants that can damage pneumatic equipment, control and instruments. Removal of these contaminants is necessary to sustain equipment life and continue efficient production operation. Rust, scale and decay within compressed air system piping, and ambient air that contains gaseous and corrosive substances are common factor that contribute to the damaging effect of compressed air.

Liquid Nitrogen Generator

The Noblegen laboratory liquid nitrogen generator is based on the Gifford-McMahon technique of a cold-head design with the compression and expansion of helium to obtain low temperature cooling. The laboratory liquid nitrogen plants are specifically designed for applications where a certain gas must be liquefied and transferred to an internal storage vessel which can then be dispensed to the application.

On-Site Liquid Nitrogen plant from Scala Filtration. LNS Series liquid nitrogen generators use advanced mixed refrigerants (MR) cryocooler combined with Joule-thompson (JT) refrigeration systems. It has high liquefaction efficiency and improved reliability because use of standard refrigerant components are used. 

The whole system includes compressed air & nitrogen skid, nitrogen liquefier and dewar tank. Controlled by PLC system and advanced level control, liquid nitrogen can be produced at a touch of button.

Condensate Drain
Condensed water will be generated in the process of compressed air system. In most cases, the condensate also contains oil and granular impurities. If the condensed water can not be discharged timely, it will wear and rust downstream equipment, and affect compressed air quality.If the drain valve is leaked, it will cause expensive compressed air loss, and make the air compressor working at full load for a long time, thus consume more electricity and increase more maintenance work.
SD Series no-loss electronic level controlled drain adopts high quality level sensor and intelligent control system, it can effectively discharge condensate water according to its actual amount so as to avoid loss of compressed air.
