120L/day 5liters/hour cryogenic liquid nitrogen production and filling plant
LNS120A/W small liquid nitrogen plant use advanced mixed refrigerants (MR) cryocooler combined with Joule-thompson (JT) refrigeration systems. Compared to traditional GM cold-head and Stirling refrigerator, the LNS system has higher liquefaction efficiency and improved reliability because use of standard refrigerant components.
The whole system includes oil-free scroll air compressor, air dryer & filters,nitrogen generator, nitrogen liquefier and dewar tank. Controlled by PLC system,liquid nitrogen can be produced at a touch of button.
